Book Nakshatra Shaanti
Nakshatra Shaanti is a homa performed to pacify the effects of an inauspicious birth star, such as Moola, Ashlesha, Jyeshtha or the gandanta junctions between signs. The presiding deity of the nakshatra is invoked and offered the prescribed samidha and mantras to protect the child and family from the doshas associated with that star.
When is Nakshatra Shaanti performed?
Traditionally performed within the first months after a child is born under a difficult nakshatra, or as advised when a birth-star dosha is identified.
What’s included
Samidha and grains specific to the nakshatra’s deity, ghee, the presiding-deity stotra, havan kundam and the full homa samagri. We bring everything needed, so you only have to be present. A larger ceremony, outstation travel or premium add-ons (if any) are shown clearly before you pay.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the price?
The starting price of ₹9,600 covers the pandit’s dakshina and all listed samagri, plus travel within city limits.
Can I book in my language and tradition?
Yes — we match a verified pandit who performs your exact sampradaya and can chant in your preferred language.
My child was born under Moola nakshatra — is this needed?
Moola, Ashlesha and Jyeshtha are stars for which a shanti is traditionally advised; we confirm the exact vidhi based on the birth details.
Is a separate homa done for each nakshatra?
Yes, the offerings and presiding deity differ by star, so the ritual is tailored to the specific nakshatra involved.
