Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pandit For You website and the booking of puja and pandit services from Pandit For You Ritual Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Pandit For You", "we", "us"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Our service

Pandit For You connects you with verified pandits to perform pujas, homas, yaagas, samskaras and related ceremonies, and coordinates samagri, scheduling and (where applicable) e-puja streaming. We facilitate and stand behind the service delivered.

2. Bookings & pricing

Prices shown are starting prices. Your final, all-inclusive quote depends on the ritual, city, language, number of pandits and any add-ons, and is confirmed before payment.
A booking is confirmed when the 25% advance is received. The balance is due after the ceremony. See our Refund & Reschedule Policy and Samagri & Dakshina Policy.
Muhurat and pandit availability are subject to confirmation.

3. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate booking details (address, date/time, tradition, contact) and keep ready any host-arranged items we communicate.
Provide a safe, suitable space for the ceremony, including a fire-safe area for any homa.
Treat the assigned pandit with respect and cooperate for timely completion.

4. Pandit conduct & substitution

Pandits are verified for identity and vidhi competence. In rare cases (illness, emergency), we may assign an equally qualified substitute to honour your muhurat. If no suitable pandit can be provided, your advance is refunded in full.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, reschedules and refunds are governed by our Refund & Reschedule Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. E-puja / NRI bookings

For remote bookings, we perform the sankalp in the family's name and gotra, stream the ceremony where requested, and courier prasad where available. Streaming quality may depend on connectivity at the venue.

7. Limitation of liability

We deliver services with due care and devotion, but we do not guarantee any specific spiritual, material or personal outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

8. Intellectual property

The Pandit For You name, content and design are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of our registered location.
