Asthi visarjan — the immersion of the ashes of a departed loved one in sacred waters — is performed with tarpan and puja at Haridwar (Har ki Pauri), Prayagraj, Gaya or Rameswaram. Our pandits carry out the rite respectfully and can receive the asthi and perform it on your behalf when you cannot travel.
How your family takes part — from anywhere
- Tell us the ritual, the holy place and the names & gotra of your family (and of the departed, for ancestral rites) on WhatsApp.
- We confirm a verified local pandit at the tirtha, an auspicious day and an all-inclusive price.
- On the day, the sankalp is taken in your name — you join by live video where connectivity allows, or we record the full ritual for you.
- Afterwards we courier the prasad and tirth-jal, with photos and the recording, to your address anywhere in the world.

What’s included
The pandit’s dakshina and all puja samagri for Asthi Visarjan at Haridwar · Prayagraj · Gaya · Rameswaram are included in the starting price. The sankalp is always taken in your family’s name and gotra, and prasad with tirth-jal is couriered to you. Any add-ons — a larger bhoj, extra pandits or a specific ghat — are shown clearly before you pay.

Yes — this is a tirtha service performed on your behalf. You join by live video where possible, the sankalp is taken in your name and gotra, and prasad, tirth-jal and a recording are couriered to you afterwards.
Can you perform asthi visarjan if we cannot travel?
Yes. With the family’s consent we can receive the asthi and perform the visarjan with full vidhi at your chosen tirtha, sharing photos, a recording and the sankalp details afterwards.
Which place should we choose?
Haridwar and Prayagraj are the most common for Ganga immersion; Gaya is chosen alongside pind daan; Rameswaram for southern families. We can advise based on your tradition.
