Satyanarayan Puja is a much-loved vrat dedicated to Lord Vishnu, performed to give thanks, mark new beginnings and seek fulfilment of wishes. The ceremony includes the Satyanarayan katha (five chapters) followed by aarti and prasad distribution.
When is Satyanarayan Puja performed?
Commonly done on Purnima (full moon), Ekadashi, after moving into a new home, or for any family milestone or wish.
